Returns a time-limited presigned URL for downloading a file previously uploaded against an entity — for example a KYBaaS document from POST /ukyb/documents, whose fileId this endpoint takes directly.

entityId must be the entity the file is actually mapped to, not merely an entity you hold. For a beneficial owner's identity document that is the owner's own INDIVIDUAL entity — not the business entity — since that is what the upload was filed against.
